MY EXPERIENCE WITH ATIVAN 1MG

I recently began taking Ativan 1mg for my nerves. To be upfront, I was a bit initially because I'd heard mixed reviews. But following it for a couple of months, I have to admit that it's been really helpful. It's helped me to calm down and concentrate. I'm yet to figured out the perfect amount for me, but I think that 1mg is a good starting point
